We are here to assist you
OCC Management Pty Ltd (OCCM) is a boutique firm dedicated exclusively to the professional management of Owners Corporations. This focused approach allows us to deliver exceptional service, specialist knowledge and a consistently high standard of administration across complex multi‑unit communities.
We work closely with Owners and Committees to support the smooth and efficient operation of their Owners Corporations, placing a strong emphasis on transparency, trust and open communication. Our collaborative and solutions‑focused approach ensures that issues are addressed proactively, relationships are strengthened and informed decisions are made with confidence.
OCCM has a proven track record in managing complex Owners Corporations, including those with multiple Owners Corporations and mixed‑use developments incorporating residential, commercial, retail and hotel components. Our portfolio spans a diverse range of inner‑city Melbourne buildings, from new developments and heritage‑listed properties to highly complex retrofitted sites.
We are well equipped to assist with navigating heritage and regulatory requirements, resolving intricate defects and maintenance issues, coordinating all stages of new‑build handovers from pre‑settlement through to post‑settlement, and working collaboratively with developers, building managers, hotel operators, project managers and local councils. In high‑risk and high‑profile situations, including large‑scale refurbishment projects, full building cladding replacements and complex defect matters, our experience and measured approach have consistently delivered positive outcomes for Owners Corporations.
Our Team
Our team brings extensive experience gained across both large and boutique Owners Corporation management environments. This depth of experience provides our clients with practical insight, sound judgement and the ability to manage even the most complex buildings with confidence and care.
All staff responsible for managing your Owners Corporations are active members of the Strata Community Association (SCA), ensuring our practices remain aligned with industry standards, legislative requirements and professional best practice. This commitment to ongoing professional development allows us to provide reliable, informed and consistent support at every stage of the Owners Corporation lifecycle.
Given the complex nature of many buildings within our portfolio, we place a strong emphasis on building and maintaining positive relationships within Owners Corporations and with external stakeholders.
