Aaron Healy
Senior Owners Corporation Manager, CPSM, CMCA
After serving for more than 6 years with the Australian Army, Aaron then put his conflict management skills to work in Owners Corporation Management!
Aaron has been working in the industry for more than 12+ years and holds all necessary training qualifications. Over the last five years he has focused on specialising in Highrise and complex strata schemes with significant experience in complex litigation, rebuilding community harmony, thorough knowledge of the governing legislation, managing the administration and financial position of an Owners Corporation, resolving large-scale defects and maintenance projects along with working well with various stakeholders.
Throughout Aarons career, he has never lost management of a building or been terminated as the Owners Corporation Manager. He won the rising star award in 2015 from the Strata Community Association (Vic) and is a second-generation strata manager with both his mother and father practicing in the past.

Stephanie Eccles
Senior Owners Corporation Manager, CPSM, CMCA
Stephanie Eccles has been working in the industry for more than 15+ years. She has worked alongside experienced Software Designers to create a successful and robust Accounting Solution for the Strata Industry.
Stephanie completed a Business Management and Training and Assessment diploma and underwent courses as a strata manager in all states. She currently sits on the SCA's SMPS & Industry Understanding Advisory Sub Committee and has also volunteered on other Sub Committees within the SCA over her career.
Stephanie specialises in Large Owners Corporations and is experienced in defect management, new builds, Developer relationships, and buildings requiring large complex refurbishments including but not limited to, hydraulic projects, lift refurbishments, renovations, and interior design changes.
She believes in Boutique companies with a passion for Customer Service

Belinda Patience
Senior Owners Corporation Manager
Belinda has been working in the Strata Industry for 12+ years, and in that time has had the opportunity to have managed all categories of buildings, ranging from residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial complexes.
She has had the opportunity to be mentored by pillars of our industry with decades of experience. She started her career as a Portfolio Assistant, where she had the privilege of working under Owners Corporation Managers, Business Development Managers, and State Managers.
Since stepping into an Owners Corporation Management role 10+ years ago, she has been able to develop her knowledge of the industry, its relevant legislation and implement the best practices developed by our industry body to better assist her clients.
Her dedication, promptness and efficiency displayed in her role to date has earned her a great rapport with clients over the years in the sector.

Vinh Dang
Senior Owners Corporation Manager
With nearly seven years’ experience in OC management, Vinh developed his expertise through roles at Victoria Body Corporate Services, Civium, Bluestone, and Strata Community Managers before joining OCCM. Having worked in both large organisations and smaller boutique businesses, he brings a well-rounded perspective, adaptability, and the ability to balance corporate structure with personalised service.
He is experienced in managing townhouses, apartments, high-rises, estates, mixed-use developments, and commercial OCs, delivering strong results across this diverse range of properties. He has a proven track record of achieving favourable outcomes with complex projects, including façade remediation and cladding rectification, while ensuring compliance and transparency.
Approachable and solutions-driven, Vinh builds and values strong relationships with committees, owners, and contractors, fostering trust and achieving successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

Penny Johnson
Support Manager
Penny has been working in Owners Corporation management for more than 25 years.
Penny appreciates the need to keep files up to date and the accounting available for owners to review at any time. With experience using many industry software products, she has been an innovator for the development of Property IQ since 2014, which is now the gold standard for the industry.
Penny’s goal is to work for a highly moral and transparent company to provide the most exceptional service and dedicated support to clients.
